Bottle from The Gull, North Vancouver
Black colour, frothy head, short lived. Straight forward Stout, bready aroma, dry and roasty but with a decent body strength; maybe some whiskey in the far end.

Dark brown, with a thin head. On the aroma, it's sort of fudgey, and a light barrel note. Thin body, toasty, with a bit of roasty.

Svart med lavt lys brunt skum. Lukter kakao, melk og ristet brød. Middels fylde. Smaker kakaopulver, noe salt lakris og kaffe. Middels lang

Bottle 33 cl. Pours black with a vague, reddish glow and a beige head. Odd, sweet coffee aroma - no real whiskey. Medium body, again these coffee notes, very subdued roast. Feel more like a coffee Stout than an Irish Coffee Stout. Not bad but quite disappointing to be honest, at least if you had expected any Tullamore imprint here. 240419
