Een verfrissend witbier. Fruitig en kruidig. Ljocht is de vertaling naar licht. De dagen worden weer wat langer, dit betekend dat het verschil tussen de zonsopkomst en zonsondergang langer is, en laat nou net dit witbier (ljocht bier) hier uitstekend bij passen! De BBQ kan aan - en in de mooie avond uren willen wij jullie laten genieten van dit mooie bier. Tsjoch!

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish and minimally bready, wheaty malty, slightly spicy and yeasty fruity, minimally citrusy fruity aroma, hints of banana, a touch of clove, coriander, mandarine. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy, moderately bitter and minimally citrusy fruity hoppy, minimally diluted notes of banana, orange, mandarine, peppery spicy hints of coriander; lingering, zesty-bitter, citrusy hoppy finish. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Balanced, refreshing, decent bitterness - fine.

Fles gedeeld door Romy en Meindert, geprobeerd met Roelzie en LiekevdV. Het is een troebel geel bier met een dun wit schuim. Het heeft een frisse fruitige geur. De smaak is vol gistachtig en hoppig.
