16oz can. Really solid stuff, World Class all the way. Delightful deep noble hop tone, zest and bright. Cleaned up body, truer North German Pils feel than most micro examples. Perfect lagering, smooth malt tone. Fantastic beer.

Sampled from the tap at Orange & Brew. Pours a clear dull gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light grain and grass with a good amount of straw supporting. Flavor has a combination of straw and earthy grass with a bit of hay underlying.

16 oz. Can dated 3/10/21, bought at Orange & Brew 3/21. Kicks up a big, foamy head when poured straight, with a lightly golden colored beer underneath. Just a few bubbles minding their own business around the glass. Smell is light malt, with a bit of saline from a pilsner water profile. It's a single malt, single hop beer (Tettnang), so an uncommon chance to taste a single Noble hop. Sharp and peppery, with many just a bit of the resin that overwhelms American hops. The hop kind of overwhelms the slightly bready malt character, so it is an American interpretation of a German style. And I get to pop the cap on another area brewer.
