A complex, mildly spicy brew with clove-like aromas that blend into fruity esters, including bubble gum, cotton candy, and banana. We kept the body light and well attenuated to yield a beer with a balanced hop and malt character that finishes slightly sweet and is reminiscent of Trappist beers from Belgium. Slightly hazy pour in its plastic cup. Sweet smell with definite Belgian malts. Taste brings together malt and a bit of candi sweetness, not much bitterness. And a friendly slight burn of alcohol. A great dive bar Belgian.

12oz slim can. Beast of a beer. Quadrupel level Tripel, really big alcohol notes, but also really solid yeast tone. Heavy duty stuff, rich and heavy, some estery touched hop bitterness in the finish. Quite a satisfying beer, well executed.
