Hazy West Coast IPA DDH with Nectaron®
Before he started at Sapwood, our brewer Ken brewed West-Coast IPAs all day every day. He can still brew one without thinking about it! We "Sapwood-ified" the recipe with all New Zealand Nectaron hops for a supersaturated grapefruit and pineapple hop flavor and aroma. Don't expect a clear or dry beer... but it's clearer and drier than our standard IPAs!

West Coast? IPA with Nectaron, probably the most exciting hop out there in May 22. Booming bright juicy tone doesn't really suit the style..but this is a sloppy unfiltered beer..hardly west coast. Booming Nectaron sells me, but the body and balance just isn't there Fun flavors, not so great overall.
