Squawk Ident is also the name of our NEIPA series where we use different hop combinations. For this sixth flight we tweaked the hop bill to suit the colder weather upon us. Introducing Enigma, Mosaic & Nelson Sauvin aka Echo Mike November.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 3 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 5 | Overall - 2
Bottle, BBE 1.10.2025. Smell of yeast, citrus, some fruit. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma of booze, yeast, overripe fruit, messy hops... kilju. Soft carbon. Lightly sweet.

Tap at Barski, Helsinki. Color is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, passionfruits, lemon, hops and malts. Simple and weak.

Keg @ Barski, Helsinki. Poured deep yellow and quite hazy. White grapes, tropical fruits. Lovely nose. Lemony, juicy, fresh hoppy flavors. Even got some bitterness in the finish.

(Keg at Barski Helsinki, 20241105) The beer poured yellow and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had passion fruit, pineapple, spiciness and resin. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were mango, ripe fruits, spiciness and low bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter.
