Can at home, 23rd November 24. Pours a clear dark caramel colour. Aroma is resinous pine, pithy marmalade. Taste is assertive, resinous, bitter, caramel and malts, very good old skool westie

Sample at Stepping Stone Aarhus Together Beer Fest 02/11/2024 Sweet caramel malty backbone with a support cast of piney tropical and citrus fruit, sticky resinous hoppy, medium body, piney resinous bitter hoppy finish.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours mostly clear orange-gold with a frothy, off-white head. Medium sweet flavour with faintly toasted pale malts, oily pine, semi-ripe citrus, baked grass, rind. Medium to full bodied with massaging carbonation. Resinous finish, minimal warmth, juicy citrus fruits, melon, oily pine, sun-kissed pale malts. Delicious. Excellent.

Keg @Barski, Helsinki. Poured clear and deep golden in color. Resiny hops, pleasant bitterness. Touch of rye as well. Dry, bitter finish.

(Keg at Barski Helsinki, 20241105) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had ripe fruits, pine and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, resin, ripe fruits, malts, toffee and bitterness. Aftertaste had resin, malts and bitterness. Tasty.

Can from HOTM. Deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are malty pine and caramel some citrus. Moderate growing bitter. Rich body.
