This two-headed brew is both an IPA and a Belgian Ale. Holy Ghost presents the hop combo of Galaxy, Citra, Sorachi Ace, Lotus, and Enigma. Along with the hoppy flavors arrives a medium-bodied, well-carbonated being with a whispering fruitiness that is traditionally associated with Belgian beers. Reaching 6.0% ABV, experiencing this Holy Ghost is a blessing.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2024. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, some Saison yeasty tones with mild funk to it. Flavour is citrus, some spicy yeastiness and mild peppery tones to it. Simple and easy going.

(Keg at Viisi Penniä, 20240828) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spicy yeast, earth and ripe fruits. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, farmhouse, malts, earth and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, spicy and bitter. Nice.
