A big amber IPA style beer brewed with the finest Maris Otter and crystal malts. Heavily hopped with Colombus and Cascade and dry hopped with a mixture including Simcoe and Mosaic. The flavour of dark Seville marmalade is backed up by a piney, peppery bitterness. Beware this beer bites!

Draft at Brewdog Shepherd’s Bush. Light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is nice floral, pollen hop, little pithy citrus, straw. Flavour is composed of clean base malts, lemon rind, floral, pollen, light veg, wet hop. Palate is slightly grainy, highish carbonation. Assertive hop bitterness. Decent IPA.

Cask @ Cottage Loaf, Llandudno [080615]
Golden, crystal clear, demse white head, some lacing
Aroma - Hoppy zest nose, tropical fruits, sweet citrus
Taste of grapefruit hops, tropical fruits, nice light sweet pale malts lets the hops through, soft fruity malts, some grassy hops, nice, good rich flavour
Palate - Medium body, nice zesty hops, good bitter sweet balance. Finish as main flavour, topical fruits, not overly bitter, well balanced
Overall - Best one from this brewery, maybe the best beer I’ve tried from N Wales yet
