In collaboration with Beak & sponsored by Freestyle Hops NZ. We “BEAKnized” this beer by adapting our malt bill slightly for that extra thick & creamy Beak mouthfeel. Hops were clear on all sides & this beer is geting a HUGE DDH of Motueka T90, followed up with a potent blast of Motueka sub zero hop kief. Nelson plays the supporting role beautifully. Think lemons, limes, grapes & tropical summer drinks in this vibrant DIPA.

Rated at Ryyppyliiteri. Intense green hoppy notes, some tropical fruits, citrus, pine, grass and floral notes, hints of grapes and herbal notes. Pretty fresh and hoppy aroma, taste is not as intense.

Hoppy and fruity, grapefruit, some green grass. Quite soft and subdued, tasty but lacking intensity for a dipa. Nice.

(Keg at Craft Beer Garden 2024 Friday session) The beer poured pale orange and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had ripe fruits, mango and tart fruits. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tart fruits, mango, peach, spiciness and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, tart and bitter. Tasty.
