Smell of oak, roasted malt, liqueur. Black colour, short dark brown head. Aroma of booze, behind it oak, red wine, roasted malt, red berries. Vanilla in finish. Medium sour, bitter. Unnecessary high ABV, could benefit from 9-10.

(Keg at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, 20231227) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had wood, sherry, burnt malts and vinous notes. Palate was full bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, wood, vinous notes, ash, liquorice, sourness and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, woody and bitter. A tasty and balanced wood aged brew that hid its ABV very well.

Caña en Cimmeria 25..10..2023. Collor negro intenso con poca espuma oscura. Sabores licoroso de maderas empapadas de vinos viejos. Suaves jereces. Ligeros amargos. Cuerpo medio fácil de beber, licoroso. Bastante buena para repetir sin duda aunque la pongo la última en la lista de la saga.
