FISKARS X MARBLE - Yhteistyössä brittipanimo Marblen kanssa tehty Barley Wine, johon tvistin tuo 50 mäskiveteen uutettua koivunvihtaa sekä koivunmahla. Tyylikkääseen olueen tuo tummanpuhuvaa makeutta muscovadosokeri ja humalina toimivat Citra, Centennial sekä Galaxy. Kiertotaloushengessä vihdat käytettiin lopuksi saunassa.

Draught@Lakeuden Panimojuhlat 2024, Seinäjoki. Rubyish amber colour with a mediumsized off-white foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is berries, ripe fruits, alcohol, some sweet malts and spiciness. Flavour is caramel, some alcohol sweetness, burnt sugar and mild berries with some earthy and grassy tones too. Good sipper.

Draught @ Lakeuden Panimojuhlat. Rated on 27.1.2024 Aroma has sweet malt and some vanilla. Flavour has sweet malt, some resin, vanilla and mild berries. Warming alcohol. Probably the best Firskars so far.

Can 330ml (Alko web)
Ruby-amber colour, medium-sized beige head. Berries, riped fruits and alcohol in the sweet nose. Medium-bodied. Sweet caramelly - muscovado sugar, alcohol, bitterness, berries, earthy hops. Sweet and a bit rough.

Smell of malt, grapes. Cloudy amber colour, white head. Aroma of honey, sweet hops. Very sweet. Soft carbon.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2023) The beer poured brown and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, earth, caramel and molasses. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, berries, earth, molasses and bitterness. Aftertaste had berries, malts and bitterness. A decent strong brew.

0,15l on tap @ Craft Beer Helsinki 2023. Pours cloudy amber with a low creamy head. Aroma is sweet toasted malts. Flavor is sweet toasted malts with alcohol, hops. Good.
