(Keg at Espoo Panee ja juhlii 20230714) The beer poured black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, wood, vanilla, whiskey and ash. Palate was full bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were wood, burnt malts, vanilla and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt malts, ash, wood and bitterness. An unbalanced burnt brew. Pleasantly dry.

Smooth, slightly roasty and earthy with some hints of bourbon and vanilla. Quite soft, lacking depth

0,2l on tap @ the brewery. Pours very dark brown with a medium off-white head. Aroma is sweet roasted malts with some whisky. Flavor is sweet roasted malts, strong whisky, oak, chocolate, some hops. A bit off-balance, but still pretty decent.

Sampled at Craft Beer Helsinki 2023. Poured almost black in color. Bourbony nose, roasted malts and woody tones. Medium to full bodied. Nicee.

Tap at CBH2023, Helsinki. Color is very dark brown with small slightly brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Chocolate, whiskey, roasted malts... Ok.

Opaque colour, small beige head. Toasted, roasted, licorice aroma. Full-bodied. Licorice, light Bourbon, toasted malts in the flavour. Nice smooth balance.
