Pour cette Oatcream DIPA, on a pas fait les timides sur le houblon et sur l’avoine avec un méga dry hop de 21g/L. Ajoutez à cela une pointe de lactose pour un max de texture et tadaaam. Le nez est puissant, la bouche onctueuse. Attention, cette potion risque de vous ensorceler.
Pour cette bière, on a travaillé avec le YCH 303 de @yakimachief. Un blend de Citra cryo, Mosaic cryo & Simcoe cryo, les 3 stars américaines, pimpé grâce à l'ajout de poudre de Phantasm. En résulte une petite bombe aromatique !

For this Oatcream DIPA, we didn’t hold back on the hops or oats, with a massive dry hop of 21g/L. Add a touch of lactose for maximum texture, and voila! The aroma is intense, and the mouthfeel is smooth. Be careful, this potion might just cast a spell on you.
For this beer, we worked with YCH 303 from @yakimachief—a blend of Citra Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, and Simcoe Cryo, the three American stars, enhanced with the addition of Phantasm powder. The result is an aromatic little bomb!
