At our bar, Pils, we do kitchen takeovers. We let other restauranteurs, chefs, and food creators take over our kitchen for a day or two, showcasing and selling their food to our customers.

To make the events even more, we usually brew a beer in collaboration with the party taking over and premiere it at the event. Something to complement the happening and the food.

Sometimes, these beer ideas are hard to think up, complex to brew, and uncertain in outcome. And sometimes, like with this one, all is very straightforward.
