Pinterial Stout Please -oluen sherry-tynnyrikypsytetty versio. Olut on kypsynyt rauhassa 5 kuukauden ajan ex-Pedro Ximénez -sherrytynnyreissä. Kypsytyksen aikana oluen kahvimainen maku on pehmentynyt ja siihen on yhdistynyt upeita sherrytynnyrin kypsän hedelmän aromeja. Smell of roasted malt, tobacco. Black colour, tiny white head. Aroma of roasted malt, fruit, burnt wood. Some sherry in background. Flat carbon. Slightly oily texture. Medium bitter, lightly sweet. Hides ABV.

0,33l bottle from Alko Stella, enjoyed @ Rantakylä. Pours very dark brown with a low head. Aroma is roasted malts with sherry. Flavour is roasted malts, oak, sherry, hops. Not quite balanced, but not bad.

33cl bottle from Alko. Poured near black in color, thin off white head. Coffee, ash and tobacco mostly, not really any sherry noticeable. Dry, feels surprisingly light for the abv. Falls a bit short.

Opaque colour, small off-white head. Ashy, coffeish aroma. Medium-bodied. Coffee, ash, some woody tartness. Some sweetness but not really sherry-like. BAing is not perfect here.

A black beer, a head is small and brown. Aroma has lots of coffee, roastiness, hint of dark and dried fruits. Taste has coffee, roastiness, dried fruitness. Only medium bodied. Should be more complicated and nuanced.
