A Hazy DIPA with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Southern Cross and Citra Incognito.
" Moondance is brewed with a thiol-boosting yeast and with some other tricks to elevate the tropical notes of the thiols. We've added hops in almost every part of the process: during mash, whirlpool, knockout and dry hop. Dry hopped with my favorites: Nelson and Motueka. And with a new variety for me, Southern Cross, which seems to impart huge lemon and tropical notes. "

440ml can at home. Poured orange and hazy with a thin white head. Dank hops with citrus fruits, tropical notes, juiciness. Nelson showing in aroma. Wonderful stuff.

Intensely hoppy, green and herbal with some vinous grapey notes, citrus, pine and chalky hoppiness. A bit harsh and slightly unbalanced, but still pretty good

Hoppy and fruity, a touch sweet, tropical fruit and grapefruitvpeel, smooth, a bit bitter. Nicely balanced, one of the best Finnish ipas ever. Well done.
