A hazy DIPA with Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin
" Pretty complex aroma just from two hops, they are heavy hitters though. The really dank Mosaic and the new beautiful crop of Nelson Sauvin brings tons of saturated hop aroma. I find melon, grapefruit, fruity bubblegum, white wine, white pepper and some dankness. Really happy with how this turned out. "

0,44 enhet for selvpleie, hentet fra mitt betjente fjernlager i Verksgata: forventet uklar skittengul med fint skum som varer. Ananas, papaya/mango, grønne druer, steinfrukter, furunål osv... Du vet hva det dreier seg om: nok en meget forfriskende og velkomponert NEIPA i en uendelig rekke av disse. Av og til blir jeg drita lei av denne stilarten men jeg greier ikke la være, RBHD-diagnosen (Repetive Beer Hunting Disorder) har for lengst bitt seg fast. Helse og økonomi kommer i annen rekke...

0,25l from tap at Udda, Stockholm. Yellow murky color, small white head. Smells mango, pineapple, bit dank, oats. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes mango, pineapple, oats, lactose, tangerines. Finishes lightly bitter with notes of pineapple, mango and oats. Very nice one, a tad on the sweet side

Smell of overripe fruit, oat, hops. Cloudy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma of oat, overripe fruit, hops, some booze. Medium sweet, medium bitter. Medium carbon.

Sweetish and slightly dank with some vinous grapes, floral hops, citrus, tropical fruits and hints of bitterness and creaminess. Tasty and crushable.

0,44l can from the brewery. Canned 11/2023. Murky yellow beer with medium, cloudy head. Aroma has hops and grapes. Flavor has hops, grapes, citrus and some bitterness at the end. Very tasty.
