Last of the box/bag at Juova, Helsinki. Poured light amber in color, no head. Juniper, sweetness, yeast, banana and warmth. Soft and balanced sahti. Very good.

Sample at Juova, Helsinki. Color is deep cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, banana, wheat... very soft and Excellent sahti. Light grainy elements.

Draught @ Juova, Helsinki. Heavy, bready and yeasty with some juniper, banana and stuffy notes.

From a BiB. Flat as expected, sweet, malty, boozy. Juniper, rye bread, dried apricot. Soft and smooth but hefty. Not crazy about sahti but a nice example of the style.

Smell of juniper, yeast, wheat. Opaque light brown colour, no head. Aroma of malt, yeast, juniper, wheat. Sweet, lightly sour. Medium thick. No carbon. Good sahti.
