Panda at home, thanks to Graham, 21/03/2026.
Black topped with a khaki head that thins to a swirl.
Nose is full on smoke, burnt rubber, dried fruit rinds.
Taste comprises smoked malts, better than the nose, cocoa sprinkle, dried fruit rinds, medicinal elements, peated tones.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a kick of booze.
Not a disaster but a little awkward! It grew on me and rose from 7.1 to 7.3.

330ml bottle. Jet black colour, no head, just a handful tan bubbles. Smoky, peaty, dark malty and sweet-ish, caramel malty aroma, notes of leather, peat, dark caramel, dark chocolate, herbal-alcoholic BA overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, chocolately, dark and caramel malty, slightly smoky and peaty, slightly herbal-alcoholic, notes of dark chocolate, milk chocolate, caramel, leather, peat.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation.
Wonderful composition, harmonious, homogeneous, integrated, balanced - very nice sipper.

Butelka 33cl (data rozlewu 31.01.2022). Asfalt na słodko, bardzo gładka tekstura, zero alkoholu, no może delikatnie rozgrzewa od środka, dla miłośników torfu idealne.
