Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, fruity malt, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity malt, pale malt, light fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160810] 6-3-6-3-12

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Almost clear pale gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Mild sulphur steak here. Thin malts and light pithy citrus. Dry finish. Scrapes a pass.

Cask at GBBF’16, day one, 09/08/16. Pale golden blonde with a moderately appointed off white covering. Nose is toasted grains, lemon rind, melon, straw. Taste comprises bread dough, mellow citric shreds, pale malts, toasted grains. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Yawn.

Sampled @ GBBF Day 2. Clear pale yellow golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, hayish, hayish bitter, slight hop bitter finish. Ok beer.

Gbbf. Klares goldenes Bier. Geruch leicht hopfig zitronig bitter, Karamell. Geschmack wässrig malzig, leicht hopfig bitter, süffig aber nichts besonderes.
