Hazy orange with a medium off white to beige head. Sour and very fruity aroma with strawberries, lacto and hints of brett. Sour and very fruity flavour with loads of strawberries, brett and lacto. Finished dry and sour. Nice one. Thanks Tomme.

On tap at Sourfest (first pour). Pours a kind of unattractive muddy red body with a minimal white head and lots of pulp. Aroma is strawberry jam and some barnyard funk. Taste is mildly acidic, strawberry, leather and funk. Lively bubbles with a dry and acidic mouthfeel. I actually liked the aroma on this one, but it was not as good as I was expecting.
