On tap a Stone’s Oakquinox. Listed as "Coronado Barrel Aged Imperial Stout". Pours with a huge deep brown, foamy head that lasts over a deep black body. Aromas are smokey, raisins, chocolate, bourbon and a bit chalky. Flavors are chocolate, cocoa, fudge, malted milkshake, and vanilla. Thick, creamy, velvety, mouthcoating with light bubbles. One of the better beers at Oakquinox; a pleasant surprise.

Pitch black with a medium to large beige head. Sweet aroma with burned malt, bourbon, vanilla, oak, coffee and dark chocolate. Sweet flavour with burned malt, dark chocolate, vanilla, oak, bourbon and espresso. Well made bourbon stout.
