On tap @ BPBW. More like a west coast IPA than a NE , it’s all over hoppy and citrusy (blood orange DIPA, duhh), but the citrus is actually a tad too much for me here. Pleasant beer nonetheless.

Draught @ BPBW2018 [ Budapest Beer Week 2018 ], Dürer Kert, Ajtósi Dürer sor 19-21., Budapest, Hungary 1146. [ As Balkezes / Heist Craft Blood, Love, Rhetoric ].Murky matt medium yellow orange colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, orange, fruity hops, blood orange. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, blood orange, orange. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. On tap at Budapest Beer Festival, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Nose brings out lots of yeast, with citrus hops and biscuity malt. Flavour is expressive on the blood oranges, with citrus hops, some yeast, and biscuity malt. Nice and orangey, with a chewy malt base. Very good.
