Rothbeer Apollo program #04. A hidegkomlózás komoly tudomány. A komlórakétát az erjesztő tartály mellé állítjuk fel, és megtöltjük komló pellettel. Ezután beindítjuk a hajtóművet és lassan, óvatosan keringetjük a sört, amely magába szívja a rakétába töltött komló romáját. Hogy hány fokon és hány percig járatjuk, az a mi titkunk marad. This is Rocket Science!

Straight from the 0.33 l bottle. Pretty standard American IPA, but I did dig the hop profile, so it’s a happy end I guess.

Draught @ BPBW2018 [ Budapest Beer Week 2018 ], Dürer Kert, Ajtósi Dürer sor 19-21., Budapest, Hungary 1146. [ As Rothbeer Rocket Science ].Murky medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, fruity malt, orange, fruity hops, light pine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Kicsi, tartós hab, félbarna szín, szűretlen. Citrusos, citrushéjas illat. Citrusos, citrushéjas, déligyümölcsös ízvilág, némi fűszeres aromával. Száraz, kissé fanyar, közepesen testes, enyhén szénsavas, közepesen keserű. Finom, friss, frissítő IPA.
