Taster at brewery. Pale golden pour, thin, patchy white head. Grainy aroma, biscuity. Taste is bready and grainy wit the appropriate amount of crispness. On point

Draft at Spacebar. Poured a yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was light lemon citrus, some light cracker malt notes. Flavor was light, easy to drink - pretty crisp actually. While nothing mind-blowing, it was very easy to drink and enjoyable enough that I’d try it again.

Served on draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow color with a thin head. Fair head retention. Aroma of grain, stone fruits and faint hops. The taste is stone fruits, pale malts, clay and very faint hops. Medium bodied. Too fruity and lacking the crisp character of a kolsch.
