Bottle at home, huge thanks to Eszter for this. Pours deep, hazy golden with thick, white head, it looks like a NEIPA really. Nose is quite spicy and peppery and underneath these, there is the usual saison character as well. In taste, it’s more saison-y than peppery, although it has a definite spicy touch to it, which is mainly present in the finish. It has a light body and lively carbonation, and it’s easy to drink. I don’t really like saisons but the pepper gives a nice twist to this one, I for one believe that it could even be heavier on the pepper. Tasty and refreshing brew altogether.

hát ilyen kollaboráns sört se ittam még, de nem is fogok még egyszer az már egyszer biztos mindenféle szag- és ízhiba fellelhető benne egyszemélyben egyedül útóérzete dicsérhető, de van egy olyan érzésem az is csak azért mert felidézi hogy végre túlvagyok a kortyon.

Draught @ Neked Csak Dezső, Rákóczi út 29, Budapest, Hungary 1088. [ As Reczer Kollabors ].ABV: 6.2%. (Collabrew with Rising Rage, URH - Fehér Nyúl). Hazy - murky medium to light yellow colour with a average, frothy to fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, light hoppy, citrus, moderate yeasty, spicy yeast, saison yeast, spicy, clove, pepper. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light bitter with a average to long duration, spicy bitter, clove, saison yeast, spicy, fruity hops, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180524] 7-3-7-3-14

Keg at Neked Csak Dezső, Budapest, 08/06/18. Very lightly hazed golden yellow with a decent off white head. Nose is grass, lemon rind, herbal, peppery spices, grains. Taste comprises lemon rind, herbal bite, stale bread, straw, white peppery spice trail, light yeast pinch. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok saison.

Nagy, tartós, fehér hab, félbarnába hajló szín. Gabonás, borsos illat. Gabonás, borsos ízvilág. Könnyű, enyhén szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Tartottam tőle hogy agyonborsozták, de nem így lett. Jó érzékkel fűszerezett, finom, frissítő sör.

Draft at Beer Point. Cloudy yellow color big fluffy white head. Big coriander aroma. Taste is spiced peppery wheat. OK.
