Quite pale and hazy. Not much head. Aroma has some lemon and celery, definitely tart. Light body, quenching wheaty character. Not bad, mellow lactic but doesn’t have a ton of complexity. Simpler take.

Can from Bine & Vine. Pours light, translucent gold with a smallish white head that didn't hang around. Tart lemon aroma with a bid of weisse in support. Flavor is tart and lemon. Small hint of barnyard. Very dry. Good BW.
