16 oz can poured, gifted by M. Thanks! Perfect beer to pair with early day football kickoffs. Clean and clear golden pour that is shining brighter in this unexpected January sun. Crisp first sip, clean, with cracker pils grains and a touch of grass. Cool, crisp, refreshing finish. It's what I look for in the style. Solid.

16 oz. Aroma is grassy, bready, chalky. Pours nearly clear golden with a one finger off-white head that settles into a skiff of foam after a minute or so, leaving splotchy lacework. Taste is highly bitter for style (yes!!) with some light bready malt sweetness in the background. Very good.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear dull straw yellow with a white head that dissipates slow to the edges and laces nicely. Aroma has dank hay and a slight herbal note with straw supporting. Flavor has earthy hay and a decently strong herbal note with a a growing straw presence.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear brassy gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma is bready with grass/spice. Med plus body. Flavor is moderately bready with Saaz grass/spice. Dry. Bitter in a moderate way. Clean. Nigh crisp. Good pils.
