Tom...Foolery is a fun obnoxious beer playing a prank on your senses. We love to look at beer in four dimensions. Aroma, taste, mouthfeel, and sight. All senses are important in beer, but can sight play tricks on your beer experience?

Dark beer= roasted malt flavor...wrong! Foolery may be dark in appearance, but it's a Citra bomb in flavor.

As a brewery we like to have fun, but also have fun with the way we create beer. We do not always follow style guidelines that often seem restricting. Rather, we opt for a flavor forward--full experience of all senses...sometimes being fun or silly along the way.

Pint can from Citywide Liquors, 7/16/22. New brewery! Brewery #2066, USA #1668, Indiana #28. It's green. Wasn't expecting that. Dark green, large green-white head, good retention. Aroma of dandelion, celery, mango. Taste is mango, tropical fruit, vanilla, hay, pale malt. Juicy. Weird. I don't like gimmicks.

Can from Tavour. Pours dark greenish with a grayish head. Strong light behind the glass reveals green tinged gold. Aroma seems citrus. Med body. Flavor is citrus with something herby. Dry. Bitter in a moderate way. Certainly drinkable.

16 oz. Aroma is citrusy, lightly bready. Pours a dark dirty grayish-black hue with a long-lasting grayish-white head. Taste is lightly bittersweet with citrusy hop flavors. Perfect creamy mouthfeel. Really tasty, crisp, clean and refreshing.
