Bottle 330ml. @ Kokokana, Rewell Center 101, 65100 Vaasa, Finland. [ As Maistila Moood ].Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, chocolate, milk chocolate, moderate roasted. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, chocolate, sweet chocolate, ash, burnt, dark malt, clove, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180708] 7-3-6-3-12

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2016. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is toffee, mild liquorice, some toasted notes and a wee bit burnt sugar. Flavour is toffee, mild vanilla, some toasted notes, liquorice as well as some slight alcohol tones.

Draught @ SOPP Helsinki 2016. Smell of roast and milk. Black colour, small light brown head. Aroma of milk, roasted malt, cocoa and some tar. Half bitter, half sweet. Very rich but very soft carbon. Velvety, foamy texture. Very soft.

Draught @ Tommyknocker, Helsinki. Pours pitch black with a smooth head. Aroma of roasty malts, milky coffee notes, hints of licorice and lactic notes. Taste is smooth, roasty and milky with some lactic notes, coffee, licorice, chocolate and cocoa. Finish is milky smooth, slightly lactic and roasty with some coffee, licorice and cocoa. Okay milky stout.

(Keg at Tommyknocker Helsinki, 20160718) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, creamy coffee and dark chocolate. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, sweetness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had chocolate, burnt malts and bitterness. A pleasant and easily drinkable brew.

Tap at Roostersin Kellari, Oulu. Colour is almost black with small slightly brownish white head. Aromas and flavours: Some sweetness, some lactose, coffee, dark chocolate and roasted malts. Pretty drinkable.

Draught @lakeuden panimojuhlat, Seinäjoki. Sweetish chocolate , oatmeal in aroma. Similar things in flavor, milky sweetness. Oatmeal smoothness. Nice and round.
