Bottled@Butcher & Banker, Vaasa. Black colour with a mediumsized slightly off-white creamy head. Aroma is rye bread, some toasted notes, mild lactic sweetness as well as some herbal notes. Flavour is toasted, some rye bread, mild lactose, some slight tart wood and also some toffee to it.

Bottle 330ml. @ Kokokana, Rewell Center 101, 65100 Vaasa, Finland. [ As Maistila Kotva ].ABV: 4.5%. Clear dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, roasted, sweet malt, dark malt, light burnt, light chocolate - milk chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, burnt, milk chocolate, dark malt, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180708] 6-3-7-3-14

On tap at Suuret Oluet Pienet Panimot - Tampere, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with lactose, with toasted malt and a bit of chalk. Flavour is along the same lines, with lactose, toasted malt and bready malt. Decent body, with a bit of chalkiness. Solid stuff.

Tap at Rooster, Oulu. Color is dark brown with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Chocolate, some milk chocolate, lactose and roasted malts. OK.

Smell of tar, malt, rye. Cola colour, brown head. Mild aroma of tar, roasted malt. Wild, soft carbon. Bitter. Very good milk stout.

Bottled 330ml (Pien)
Dark brown, almost opaque color, small beige head, some lace. Roasted malty, tobacco, bread and hints of lactose in the nose. Light-bodied. Toasted malty ... lots of tobacco here. Lactose is lurking underground then some breadyness and light hops. Weirdo. Something I wouldn’t drink more than this bottle.

Aroma has chocolatey malt and some licorice. Flavour has chocolatey malt, some mild milky tones and hints of coffee. Solid stuff.
