Little Beast Lager is the brewery’s newest seasonal release. At 4.8% ABV, the beer is designed to be incredibly easy drinking with a light malt profile that finishes crisp and clean. The lager is fermented with Augustiner yeast and is brewed with 100% German heritage and German grown hops and malt. Hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh and Perle hops on the hot side, the lager is then lightly dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria for a soft boost of citrus, spice, and berry flavor.

Can from Tavour. Pours bright gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma of Perle hops plus a little bread and fruit. Med body. Flavor has a citrus note with some Perle peppery spicy aspects. Really fresh, clean and good tasting. Does finish just a bit bready. Ok, tho cause it has a nice level of bitterness.

Can. Pours a near clear dull gold with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma is straw and hay forward with a bit of cereal and just touch of wet grass underlying. Flavor also has lots of straw and hay with a bit of earthy grass and a bit of sweetness.

16 oz. Aroma is vaguely malty, lemony, SweeTarts, lemon-lime soda. Pours crystal clear pale golden with a one+ finger bone-white soapy head with great retention. Taste is moderately bitter with a touch of malt sweetness. The hop bitterness is more akin to a pils. Very good for a pale lager.
