Capped 500 from The Davis Food Co-op. Pours clear dark copper with a creamy beige head. Aroma of caramel, treacle and butterscotch. And heat! Full bodied; creamy texture. Flavor is butterscotch, treacle, caramel and heat. It is not dry. It is not bitter. It is very, very warming. Malt was not spared in creating this tasty brew.

A reddish copper ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with vinous notes, treacle, light butterscotch, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt loads of caramel and butterscotch, alcohol warmth, treacle, very nice. Cask Days 2019.
