375ml bottle. Sour, tart and funky with some sweetness, raspberry juice, hints of port and dry earthiness.

(375ml bottle from some Danish webshop) Pours nearly clear bright pinkish red with almost no head. Aroma of sweet and tart raspberry preserves, other tart red forest berries, splash of fruit vinegar, plenty of deep oak, touches of fortified wine. Flavour is high tart mix of fresh and preserved raspberry, red currants, crabapple, lactic acid, again a splash of vinegar, lots of wood with a little sweet caramelized and oxidized port quality. Semi-long acidic woody berry finish with some of that fortified wine lingering. Lightish body with soft carbonation. The woody expression here is nice and the overall package pleasant if not mind-blowing.

[ As Westbrook Fruit/Wood/Time: Red Raspberry Port Pipe Finish ].Unclear medium red colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy raspberry, tart raspbrry, sweet raspberry, wood, funky. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, wood, tart raspberr, sweet raspberry, oak, light funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Red colour.Modrate acetic aroma berries present. Light bitter flavopr. berries very present. Average finish. oily palate.

Bottle @Ulfborg Tasting. Cloudy red-ish, small light pink head. Sour berry aroma, mostly raspberries. Sour, tart raspberry flavour, acetic and juicy. Very light, deliscious acetone note.
