Traditional Belgian style Framboise. Red ale base was aged in Cabernet oak barrels and French oak foudres for more than 2 years. Added infusion of raspberries gives a sourness alongside the oak tones.

A deep dark brown ale with reddish hues, and a thin light mocha head. In aroma, beautiful sweet maraschino cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice and complex. In mouth, a beautiful complex mix of ground cherries, tart and pleasing, with light corky notes, light butterscotch, dark fruits, Brett, very nice. Cask Days 2016.
