Light malt body with a hint of caramel malt sets the stage for Motueka hops that was used in both hot and cold side. Expect a honey-like base and subtle fresh crushed citrus and mojito lime notes.

Cask at the Bury St. Edmunds Beer Festival with Grumbo and ITFCDan. Aroma is caramel, malts, citrus, lime, straw, grain and herbal. Sweet on the taste. Thin body. Decent bitterness developing but overall a bit of a disappointment.

Cask @ The Hebden, (formerly The Pub, Hebden Bridge). Golden with a small head. Mango and a hint of passionfruit is evident in both aroma and taste. It's slightly sweetish for it, but generally hoppy

22/8/2024. Cask at the 32nd East Anglian Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear golden orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, straw, leafy, biscuit, touch herbal. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tart edge. Moderate body, slightly watery, soft carbonation. Not to Atom's usual high standard.
