Born from London’s moonlit shadows.

1700s London streets were navigated by “Moon Cursers” – young guides with lanterns. Cursing the moon as it stole their shadows and their income.

An extra pale hop bomb - packed with juicy American hops and balanced by crisp malt; Moon Curser illuminates your senses.

Can from Grumpy Goat, Reading. Aroma has stone fruit, hazy herbs, fried onion. Clear light gold. Thick fluffy foamy white head. Light-medium bitter. Less light citrus and stone fruit and sherbert. Develops a softer fruit element. Light-medium bodied. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. Easy drinking light APA, which doesn't scrimp on the hops.

Keg at the London Beer Lab, 24/08/17. Very light haze on a golden blonde pour with a decent off white covering. Nose is pale malts, melon, orange pith, toasted bread. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, orange pith, tangerine, cantaloupe melon, toasted bread, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a juicy hop rinse at the curtain call. Another decent well balanced beer as my second offering from this brewer.

Keg at the Fox - Hackney. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy, white cap. The aroma holds pithy citrus, tangerine, dried pale malts. Light sweet about with notes of pale grains, more tangerine, orange rind, pine needles. Light to medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Finishes with ripening citrus, subtle flinty minerality, rindy bitterness, more dry pale bread. A serviceable APA. Nothing wrong here.
