My wife and I had our second kid in 2022. His name is Theodore.

As per tradition, to mark the occasion we named the next unnamed beer in the schedule after him and hopped it with some of our favorite hops du jour. This ones for you buddy!

Hopped with Nectaron, Talus and Simcoe. This beer is a great freeze frame of where our IPA game is at in 2022. We are crushing HARD on these three hops right now and we love this beer definitely less than our son, but still a lot. We taste notes of pineapple, tangerine, pink grapefruit, and unconditional love.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some nectarine notes and a semi-dry finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with nectarine tropical notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with big juicy hops.

Keg at Sori, Hki. Aroma has stone fruit and porridge. Hazy pale yellow. Thin foamy white head. Sweet stone fruit followed by a bitter streak. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Pithy. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish.
