Our latest release is not an IPA. It has a lot of similar bones of the ubiquitous style but how they are arranged is very different. Brewed with Heritage and Regerative grains, a large amount of UK single farm hops and fermented with an expressive, ester producing culture. It's bitter, fruit forward with a lot of malt character from the Chervalier in particular. Its one of those beers that sits across lots of styles and within none. It's just a Hoppy Beer.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours murky orange-gold with a creamy, white head. Big apricot character, like a glass of dried apricots, some light pine, citrus, pale bread. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation and somewhat oddly oily mouthfeel. Apricot and citrus in the finish, restrained bitterness. Interesting.

Keg at Hop Locler 1. Attached has a fruit tang alongside a grainy streak. Hazy dark orange. Thin foamy white head. Medium bitter. Resinous. This is followed up by tany citrus. Gets more fruity. Medium bodied. Slick. Flat-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Somewhere between West Coast IPA and NE haze.
