The world’s first beer made from wonky and unsold naan bread. Developed in collaboration with the renowned chef and writer Hari Ghotra and her husband Jeremy.
The perfect ‘curry house’ lager and a great match for spicy food. The slightly aromatic Nigella seeds from the naan bread give the beer a wonderfully refreshing finish.

30/3/2024. Bottle shared with ITFCDan. From The Vine King, Reigate. Pours clear deep golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is bready, malty, grains, light spice and herb. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Odd bitterness to finish. It’s okay.

Bottle from Garsons Farm Shop, West End. Aroma has light citrus, a doughy streak and light spice. Clear copper gold. Thin translucent white head sticks to the rim. Light-medium bitter with a sour streak. Citrus. Woody. Light spice. Metallic hints. Light. Thin. Flat-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice enough lager. No chemical sweetness. But bland.
