Bottle ordered from A Hoppy Place, Windsor. Aroma is sweet but tart, citrus, gooseberries. Hazy pale gold. Thin foamy white head. Medium-heavy bitterness. Gooseberry sourness. A vinous streak. Herbs. Some fruity sweet hints. Sherbert. But it's the tartness that reigns. Medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish.
