Bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours dark brown with a thin tan head. Aromas of giner, spice, toffee. Taste is molasses and ginger cake. Light sweet finish. A festive drop.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep chestnut with cherry red chinks. Tan head. Nose - ginger cake. Dried fruit. Taste - bubble gum, molasses and spiced cake again. Palate - medium bodied. Deep rich and sweet texture. Sweet but still elegant finish. Overall - this is very good. Very authentic and up with many Belgian Christmas classics. Well done, Phil.
