Can from Garsons Farm Shop, West End. Aroma is certainly spot on - bready with some citrus and burnt caramel. More an opaque amber than particularly hazy. Foamy white head. Medium bitter. Herbal. Metallic. Woody. Citrus sour edge. Lacks the bready malts I was expecting from the aroma. But it is certainly crisp. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Smells like a Helles but ultimately a hoppy Pils. However a decent Lager.
