Cask at St Judes Tavern, Ipswich. Aroma is low key and malty. Dark chestnut. A few mm of off-white head around the rim. Grainy. Citrus edge. Gains quinine Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Not great... but is it this pub's cask storage?
