Like all our beers this is 100% vegan, no lactose involved. Using high mashing temps and London ale 3 yeast we have kept a-lot of body in this beer with a balanced sweetness making it Uber drinkable!

Can bought at Anchor Tap, Horsham. Aroma has sweet edged praline with a sour milk streak. Black. Shiny. Thick foamy beige head. Initial burst of dark chocolate, coffee and tart berries. Followed by hazelnut and a vanilla edge. Long sweet and sour finish. Medium bodied. Oily. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. Nice. Although the sour elements stop it from over emulating the Rocher.

Can from Bottle Grove, Eastbourne. Aroma is quite striking Ferrero Rocher. Clever name and see others have used it too. Some sour and dunkel notes. Colour is nice but I would have liked a deeper black. Taste is weaker than aroma. Decent and all but nothing memorable.
