Keg at St. John at Hackney - Hackney. Pours lightly hazy, glowing gold with a small, foamy white head. Quite nice overall, engaging and restrained lemony tartness, low acidity, background wheaty sweetness. Light bodiednwith fine, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, more citrus character, moderate citric bite. Really drinkable.

Can at home, 20/20/18. Clear golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is lemon sherbets, citric tinged straw, grass, grains, lemon rind. Taste is lemon juice, crackers, grassy, light acidic nip, lemon sherbets, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a puckering climax. Ok easy drinking sour.
