Cask at PoW, Farnborough. Aroma is malty, chocolatey, with a hint of vanilla. Dark. Cola tint. Tan head disappears almost entirely. Medium-heavy bitter. Black coffee and dark chocolate. The vanilla does come through but more into the finish. Thick bodied. Oily. Flat carbonation. Long astringent finish. Big stout but the vanilla gets lost in the mix.
