Keg at Hop Locker 3. Aroma is dominated by the lime. Hazy light gold. Thin translucent white head. Medium sour. Lime and spice. The watermelon is kinda lost. Light. Thin but slick. Flat-average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Nice enough but ultimately quite restrained and the watermelon is but a memory.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from a local bottle shop. Pours clear gold, lightly effervescent, with a modest, creamy white head. Super drinkable, lightly sweet, with nips of salt, light zesty lime, faint watermelon, refreshing acidity. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Clean, quenching finish, more salty bite, lemon, impressions of watermelon. Really nice sour sauce, as per usual with Brick.
Lime heavy, bright not as much watermelon as I’d have expected, although I guess that’s the water part. Another strong Brick sour
