The Power of Science is a new 8% Zero IBU / 100% dry hopped DDH Imperial IPA with Strata, Nelson, Citra and Galaxy. By only dry hopping this beer, it has extremely low bitterness. We also used a new product that is basically like steroids for hops. We used science to enhance and amplify the tropical flavor and aroma from the hops. Cheers to science!

NJ is one of my next closest states to get to 100 so if I see a new tick I should grab, in this case though it’s a tasty beer so no comolaints. Bright orange yellow brew with foamy white head. Nose is tropical fruits and oats. Tastes of pineapple, mango, oats light lemon, and herbs. Medium light bodied for style. Dangerously easy drinking.

Can from Vinmonopolet, Lillehammer. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. I prefer some bitterness for balance in my beers. 120223

Rocky foamy white on a ultra hazy pale golden coloured body. Green, bitter & hoppy aroma. Medium to full bodied, foamy & smooth on the back. Unripe stone fruit, melon, bitter & lemon tastes with a punchy hopped up finish. Excellent

473ml can. Murky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy, piney and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, oaty malty background, hints of lemon, lemongrass, unripe kiwi fruit. Taste is grassy and citrusy fruity hoppy, hints of lemon, lemongrass, unripe kiwi fruit, oaty malty basis with subtle sweetness; lingering grassy finish with a touch of silage. Creamy-mushy texture, smooth, soft and silky palate, fine, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Excellent mouthfeel, slightly devious hop flavours - OK.

Can. Hazy whitish orange gold beer, tiny pale cream colour head. Nose is soft pine and fairly bright citric hop with a light skunk thrown in. Palate is light and has a decent fine minerally crispness. Light smooth malts provide a nice light creamy sweetness. Hops follow the nose but ramping up the intensity. Bright orange and mandarin well married to crisp pine. Light soft skunk and a touch of tropical fruits. Light crisp finish with tingling hop spice. Just a nice bright dipa with a green hop edge. Doesn't showcase any particular hop but seamlessly blends them into a pleasant and drinkable hoppy delight.
